Order Processing

At Haus of Escoe, every order is carefully prepared to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During product launches, pre-sales, holidays, and promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been shipped.

Pre-Orders

Items marked as Pre-Order are not immediately available for shipment.

Estimated shipping dates for pre-order items will be displayed on the product page at the time of purchase. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items become available.

Estimated pre-order dates are subject to change due to production schedules, shipping carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days after processing (where available)

International Shipping

Haus of Escoe may offer international shipping to select countries.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, VAT, or other charges imposed by their local government.

Haus of Escoe is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders promptly, shipping delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • High order volume

  • Natural disasters

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Haus of Escoe is not liable for shipping delays once an order has been transferred to the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered during checkout, please contact us immediately at support@hausofescoe.com.

Haus of Escoe is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

Additional shipping fees may apply if a package must be re-shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Haus of Escoe is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim.

We recommend shipping to a secure location and monitoring tracking information closely.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier's system.

Shipping Restrictions

Haus of Escoe reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel shipments to certain locations at our discretion.
